The coconut is the most familiar palm of the tropics, mainly cultivated in Southeast Asian.
Vietnam is one of the Asean nations which have a large area of coconut trees, coconut groves in Vietnam are cultivated by households and descended from general to general.
From freshly selected matured coconuts, desiccated coconut is the dehydrated form of white coconut meat cut into the various desired sizes and is available in granules, flakes, shreds or chips.
Desiccated Coconut is also available in two variations, that is, high fat (minimum 60% fat) and low fat (maximum 50% fat). Our products are unsweetened and do not contain any preservatives or additives.
Desiccated coconut is most ideal for use as fillers, toppings and as ingredients especially for food manufacturers.
Application
