Coloxy for fish

COMPOSITION:
Oxytetracycline HCl..........................................4 g
Colistin............................................8.000.000 U.I 
Exp.qsp..........................................................100 g

INDICATION:
- It is a specific for viscid slip disease and white body disease in fish.
- Prevention and treatment for fish diseases: ulcerate disease, white skin disease, white spot disease, lernaeosis, viscid slip disease, distended stomach disease and some other disease.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Treatment dose:
- Fry: Use a pack for 100 kg feed or 50,000 individuals.
- Big fish: Use a pack for 150 kg feed or 8,000 individuals.
- Fish: Use a pack for 200 kg feed.
Using constantly 5 days.
Prevention dose: Use ½ of Treatment dose.

ATTENTION: Do not exceed the given prescription without veterinarian consultant.

WITHDRAWAL TIME: Not applicable

STORAGE: Store in dry, cool place. Stay away from direct light or heat exposure.
